EYE CARE
When we work for a long time without break then our eye can
feel tired like our body or human being. There is varieties causes of eye
diseases between six causes are more important:
Use Sunglasses/Wear your Sunglasses
Sunglasses use is very important to protect eye from sun ray, basically
we found that when we go to travel or tour or visit any sea beach or see shore
then maximum people use sun-glass for protecting their eye from harmful UV rays.
It shouldn't only using sun-glass for the see beach, actually it should wear
them whenever you are going to outside for protecting your eyes.
We are using different shapes of computers and various sizes
for our official and personal use, not only that we are now using computers of
different purposes. We should some cautious for using this device, when we use
computers it stands behind far more distance whenever our eye fallen any kind
of disturbance.
Sometimes keep aware of cloudy days when the sun is hidden covered
by cloudy sky but Ultra Violate ray still active and enter by force through
them. If you found whatever your eyes get tired then you should need rest your
eyes for five minutes then restart your work.
If you are using computer or any kinds of electronic product
randomly pay huge time for it then you need to more cautious about using it. Then
you need to set up your monitor whatever you are looking from down side, not
see up side. You need to sit before 65 cm away from your PC or TV set, if you
sit closely the muscles of your eye work hard.
We need to effective care for good of our eyes because we
love our eye because we want to see this beautiful land and sight that God has
given us. So, we should more care to save and protect our eyes.
